wi63 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "wi63", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the wi63.net platform, a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming and sports betting service.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who has registered a wi63 account or is accessing the platform.
• "Platform" refers to the wi63.net website, all associated subdomains, and any mobile-optimised versions of the site.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account associated with a Philippine mobile number and verified identity on the wi63 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of deposited funds, bonus credits (subject to applicable wagering requirements), and net winnings held in your wi63 account.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on a game outcome, sports event, or other wagering product available on the platform.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and conducted by wi63 prior to any withdrawal of funds.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body under whose authority wi63 is licensed to operate.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the wi63 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wi63. They are written in English and the English version shall prevail in any dispute regarding interpretation, notwithstanding any translation provided for convenience.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a wi63 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age under PAGCOR regulations in the Philippines and is non-negotiable.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is legally permitted.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the wi63 platform or any PAGCOR-regulated operator.
• You have not previously had a wi63 account terminated for a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid government-issued ID. Accepted IDs include UMID, SSS card, PhilHealth card, driver's licence, and Philippine passport. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) wi63 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited. wi63 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any bets placed or bonuses claimed across those accounts.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wi63 account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your device. wi63 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other channel.

• Do not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password not reused across other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact wi63 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

wi63 implements SMS OTP verification for new device logins and significant account actions. You agree to keep your registered Philippine mobile number active and accessible to receive these security codes. Any activity conducted using valid account credentials will be treated as authorised, unless you have notified wi63 of a suspected compromise prior to the activity occurring.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your wi63 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. wi63 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Attempting to deposit using a payment method belonging to another person constitutes a breach of these terms.

Accepted deposit channels include:

• GCash and Maya (e-wallets) — instant processing
• QR Ph and InstaPay — near-instant bank transfers
• GrabPay and PesoNet
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking
• 7-Eleven CLiQQ over-the-counter payments

All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are detailed on the wi63 Deposits page. wi63 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your wi63 account are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification. Until KYC is approved, your withdrawal access may be restricted. This is a mandatory PAGCOR compliance requirement and is not discretionary.

• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same channel used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• wi63 targets withdrawal processing within one (1) business day following KYC approval, though actual timing depends on the receiving financial institution.
• wi63 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts not previously verified.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed on the wi63 Withdrawal page.

Any bonus funds credited to your account must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding amount can be included in a withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to active wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

wi63 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier and eligible games are detailed per promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. wi63 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude players from promotions where abuse or fraud is suspected.
• Expiry: Bonus credits not utilised within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice.
• Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or bonus stacking in a manner not contemplated by wi63 — constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, account suspension, or both.

8 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the wi63 platform are subject to the game-specific and sport-specific rules published on the relevant game or betting market page. General betting rules applicable across the platform include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. wi63 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where explicitly permitted under the applicable game or sport rules.
• In the event of a technical fault or data feed error affecting odds or game outcomes, wi63 reserves the right to void affected bets. Voided bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake amount.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply to individual bets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. wi63 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Bets placed on events whose outcome was already known at the time of wagering — whether due to system error, data delay, or any other reason — will be voided.
• wi63 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, integrity breaches, or irregular wagering patterns.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wi63 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one wi63 account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool to access wi63 from a restricted jurisdiction
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or suspicious financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wi63 staff or other platform users
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any wi63 system, database, or account

10 Suspension & Termination

wi63 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering
• A request from PAGCOR, any competent Philippine regulatory authority, or a court order
• Player-initiated voluntary self-exclusion

Upon termination for cause, wi63 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach — such as a player-initiated closure — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

You may request closure of your wi63 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests made as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion will be actioned immediately.

11 Responsible Gaming

wi63 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements and our own internal standards. The following tools are available to all registered wi63 players:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your wi63 account.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous gameplay.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely suspend your access to the wi63 platform. This takes effect immediately upon request.

wi63 may at its sole discretion impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where usage patterns suggest potential harm, including but not limited to frequent large deposits, extended session durations, or rapid escalation of wagering activity.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the wi63 platform — including but not limited to the wi63 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of wi63 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wi63 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any wi63 content without prior written consent.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wi63's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wi63 expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, or telecommunications failures outside wi63's reasonable control
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials
• Decisions made by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority affecting platform availability

Nothing in these terms limits wi63's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

14 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by wi63 is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering a wi63 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

wi63 is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect player personal data. KYC documents submitted for identity verification are retained only for as long as required by law or regulatory obligation.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Players who believe wi63 has acted in breach of its PAGCOR licence conditions may also escalate complaints directly to PAGCOR through their official regulatory channels.

16 Amendments

wi63 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, wi63 will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by SMS to your registered mobile number prior to the change taking effect. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the wi63 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
